Refund Policy

We’re confident you and your family will love Pocket Money Cards and the way they bring families closer together. The cleaner, tidier home is a good bonus, too.

Sadly, though, sometimes things go wrong. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact  carl.bennett@pocketmoneycards.com  and I’ll happily send a replacement free of charge.

We fully uphold your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery and return it to us during the next 14 days for a full refund less postage to us, providing the pack and cards are not damaged.

We make good cards. If you get a pack that isn't right, we’ll always do our best to make things better.
